You can easily send your booking to us here. Click once on a free day of arrival. Then, click on all days up until your free day of departure. Please complete the booking form with all of your details and click “Send” in order to successfully send your binding booking.

Check-in is at 18.00 hours – Check-out is until 12.00 hours midday. If you desire an early check-in or late check-out, please request this in the notes section of the booking form. Bookings are usually possible a day in advance of your arrival
You will receive an email with your booking confirmation usually within 24 hours. Important: your booking confirmation contains all further details.
You can also include a third or fourth person for your booking. Just choose the number of persons in the booking form.
Since 2014 in Berlin, a City-Tax has been in place for private travellers (overnight stay tax) with 5% from the netto amount of your overnight stay in addition to V.A.T. Therefore, your City-Tax will be taken from the deposit and passed onto the correct tax authorities of the city of Berlin, if you are private tourists. For those travelling on business this does not apply but must be confirmed in writing at check-in.
Included in your overnight stay price are a range of certain drinks from the fridge e.g “Welcome” drinks (consumption on location) Cola, Fanta, Bottled Water and Beer, hand towels and bath towels and bed linen. Cleaning costs will be 35€ per stay. Any additional consumables from our drinks offers, for example Champagne, other sparkling wine, red and white wine, are to be paid for in cash only. Please leave your payment in the kitchen before your departure.
Please note that any exchange rate losses and additional fees incurred are to be borne by the guest. As soon as we receive your payment, we will of course send you a payment confirmation. *All prices include VAT.
